Weigh-in: it's been fluctuating from 148-151 lately
My run on Saturday:
Was supposed to do 12, but somehow I got lost on my trail and backtracked -____-
Ended up running 13.66 miles. took me about 2hr45min.
Monday:
Judo practice - wasn't sure if i was gonna make it d/t tired legs, but i survived
Tuesday:
15 remaining minutes of the hiphop class - was like a warm up
30 min core class
~30? min of weights
62 minutes on the treadmill - incline walking and comfortable speed run intervals, didn't do too many speed intervals d/t my legs being a bit tired still and R knee and ankle weren't feeling 100% - ended up 4.18miles, 525 cals burned.

However, foodwise, I think i've been to relaxed about it.. need to control it more
