Weigh-in: 149.4 - i can feel myself deflating a bit. feels good.

Intake:
Breakfast:
2tbs oatbran, eggbeaters, spenda, cin and vanilla
sliced steak, jalepeno, balsamic vin and garlic seasoning - heavy sounding, but helps me stay full in the morning

Snack: 1 dannon light yogurt

L: sliced steak, jalepeno, balsamic vin and garlic seasoning - love this!

D: same thing as lunch haha

after practice: 3 dannon light ff yogurt
sf/ff strawberry jellow

Exercise:
Judo practice 2 hrs
