Intake:
1 dannon light peach yogurt
2tbs oatbran with eggbeaters, splenda, vanilla, cinn
2 vanilla activia yogurts (not FF... but they were soo good)
some of the flat bread pizza my mom brought home from kkokkos
handful of honey bunches of oats
(i let myself have carbs on my long run days)
1 lower sugar maple oatmeal
dinner:
went to a really good Thai Restaurant, although the food was quite salty
I was good and ordered the Spicy Beef salad and Tomyum soup
but had a few bites of joy's delicious pad see yew
dessert:
We got froyo nearby.. i think i deserved it today and at least i stayed away from the toppings
Exercise:
Ran 10 miles at Lake Merced -- good place to run! cool weather and the loop around the lake is 4+miles
