Weigh-in: I thought I was late for work today and sped outta the house!
Intake:
2 ff dannon vanilla yogurt
1 peach activia light yogurt
1 ff dannon vanilla yogurt (lots yogurt today because of my rushing out of the house and easiest to take to work)
2tbs oatbran, eggbeaters, splenda, cin, vanilla
1 activia light yogurt
Sliced steak with ff greek yogurt sauce (after 1st workout)
(yay this prevented me from caving into food at church today)
Sliced steak - ate some while i was prepping tmrw's lunch
1 vanilla yogurt
Exercise: time crunch today
20 minute Crunch Total upper body chisel workout -
(after coming home from church)
40 minute Barre 3 total body workout. - such small movements but lotts of burn!

Weigh-in: 151.0
2tbs oatbran with egg beaters, splenda and vanilla ext
some of my left over steak from yesterday

light activia strawberry yogurt
1 other yogurt, can't remember which
1 chicken breast with sriracha
dinner right before workout
1 chicken breast with sriracha
1 peach and 1 strawberry activia light yogurt
ate one roll of kimbap that umma made. bad bad..! i couldn't stop... sigh but i think i worked out hard enough for it..
I'm transitioning back into dukan.. but for now i'm letting myself eat the fruit yogurts i want..
Exercise:
caught the last 18 minutes of my ripping.. core class
30 minutes of weights
my usual 62 minutes on the treadmill, but at faster speeds than I have been for a while, 5.0 felt slower today so i did I upped my speed. Ran, incline-walked, and speed springs for 60 minutes + 2 minute cooldown. 4.58 miles, 590 cals burned.
pullup machine and few more strengthening exercises
Foam rolled and stretched

Weigh-in: 152.8 - i've been bad!
2tbs oatbran, eggbeaters, splenda
1 yogurt i think?
Ate mostly yogurts today bc i didn't have much time to make anything so i had to just grab what we had at home and forgot my lunch at home
after workout
had yogurt and a little bit of sirloin steak
Exercise:
judo practice - but didn't get as intense workout as usual d/t learning something

Day 133
I'm still alive! I just had no motivation to blog the past couple weeks.
I have to sleep really soon but a quick recap:
The youth retreat I was counselor of the weekend of July 29th, totally killed my diet. I thought I could control myself but it got too hard with stuff I shouldn't eat right in front of me all the time. After coming back, it was hard to get back to my diet.
My weight fluctuated up and down and even reached 152 again eeks!
Idk, I just lost motivation and control
Pleasantly surprised, my weigh-in today was: 148.4 !
My motivation came back and I must get back on track again.
However, I've decided that I will still follow the Dukan diet, but it'll be modified as to where, although I will have some PP days, I'm more allowing PV days on a pretty regular basis. I believe I will still lose weight, even if I eat vegetables..
Intake:
Breakfast:
3 tbs of oatbran with egg beaters, van extract, splenda, splash of milk microwaved
1 Pure protein bar 220 cals
lunch: firm tofu (prob about ~1/2 carton?) with balsamic vinegar
1 fage yogurt with honey - didnt have much time this morning to make a lunch other than this
After work: Firm tofu with balsamic vinegar and same garlic seasoning/salt again
~quarter palm size of tri-tip steak with some slice garlic
After judo:
Maybe about 5oz of tri-tip steak, with garlic, balsamic vinegar and garlic seasoning

~2 hrs Judo practice
