I'm transitioning back into dukan.. but for now i'm letting myself eat the fruit yogurts i want..

my usual 62 minutes on the treadmill, but at faster speeds than I have been for a while, 5.0 felt slower today so i did I upped my speed. Ran, incline-walked, and speed springs for 60 minutes + 2 minute cooldown. 4.58 miles, 590 cals burned.
