I got back from a week vacation in Korea on Sunday. I was nervous about getting tremendous weight because I wouldn't be able to exercise and I ate freely. To my surprise, I only gained about 2-3 lbs from what I was around before I left. I guess it helped that we did walk a fair amount. I think it's because even though I work out hard at home, for the most part, I'm not moving much.
So.. weight on Monday was: 157.0
Today's weight: 155.8
Kkokko's introduced me to the Paleo diet, and told me to give it a try since it worked for her for the time she tried it. Since carbs seem to be my biggest enemy, I'm going to try paleo, it's similar to Dukan, with a few differences here and there, but it seems like there are some good health benefits from it. I might have to do a pseudo-paleo kind of diet though, because I really do love dairy and I may go crazy if I don't have my yogurt at least once in a while haha..
My biggest loser type of weight loss challenge ends in July. If I can lose the most, I could definitely win some nice cash monies. But even if I don't, I'll be satisfied with a thinner me. So let's dooo thiss.
Yesterday's intake:
Vegetable soup with meatballs that kkokko made
Little bit of yogurtland with fruits (I know..., but I don't eat very much so I thought it'd be ok)
Reason for such little intake is that I unintentionally woke up at 4:30 pm haha...
I was good at not snacking on the snacks at GT though.
Exercise:
Just the cardio recovery Insanity workout. I was pretty sore from judo on Monday and body didn't feel energized enough to do all that jumping
Today's intake:
Salad that kkokko made with balsamic vinegar
About 3/4 cup of soup kkokko made, because
Then the rest about 1.5? cups of soup after workout
1 container Vita Coco Coconut water
1 oikos strawberry greek yogurt
I even made ham and cheese dinner roll sandwiches for Mark Study, but didn't eat any.
Exercise:
Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit workout
