Day 4 of clean and lean

M1: banana and handful of pecans.

1 hr Krav Maga class - didn't get THAT much of a workout though

M2: some mashed potatoes and green beans 

M3: choco shakeology with almond milk

M4 chicken breast with 1 cup quinoa and kale mix 

M5: prob some sliced almonds later
