Stir fried tofu with lemongrass, garlic, bell peppers, soy sauce and little olive oil

1 scoop superfood 30
1 cup light soy milk 70
Dinner:
Stir fried tofu (combined the lunch & dinner tofu would be) about 500
Exercise:
1 hr UJam
30 min stretching class
