Day 68

Weigh-in: 148.2

Intake:
2tbs oatbran
Egg Beaters with bell peppers and onions
nonfat plain yogurt with splenda and cin

Shannon's grad
Broccoli, cauliflower, shrimp
Chicken breast with salad
tofu
steak

Then more
chicken breast and steak later

High salt intake though so i'm prob gonna be heavy tomorrow

Exercise:
only 10 minute cardio from biggest loser jump start
