Dukan Day 32. Cruise phase day 27. PV Day
Intake:
Breakfast
Leftover dukan friendly beef stroganoff
1 activia light strawberry yogurt
Snack:
1 plain dannon greek yogurt with splenda
Early lunch @ 12?
Oven roasted chicken salad with red wine vinegar from subway when i went with abba
Late lunch @ work @ 4:30
Rotisserie chicken meat with like a tbs of ff sour cream and tandoori spices
Snack:
1 carton of silken tofu with splenda
Dinner:
Made this soondubu/mapo tofu dish that was so yummy!
Ground turkey pack with carton of silken tofu and some egg beaters with seasonings.
I ate it with sriracha chili sauce and it was soo delicious!
Dessert:
1 Weight watchers white chocolate raspberry yogurt - Even though it's "fruity" I choose the flavored yogurts with the least carbs so it's pretty much or even better than some of the normal flavored ones.
Exercise:
2.5 Judo practice - tougher workout today than Monday. Lots of sweat and gonna be sore I can feel.
Good to be doing judo again. My standing still sucks but went up against some big dudes on the ground and I think i killed em hehe.
What was kinda surprisingly nice though was that pt who hadnt seen me in like a month said i looked like i lost weight and could really tell. Haha.
