Weigh-in: 150.4- Went down from yesterday, but I really think I may need to go attack again after camping, or do a combo of Dukan AND counting calories. Because these numbers are not making me too happy.
Intake:
B: little leftover of the tofu turkey thing from yesterday
1 Dukan oat bran muffin - I made 3 Dukan muffins from a recipe I found and it was great! I made them to take with me on the camping trip. 1 for tomorrow and 1 for Sunday morning. Yumm.
Snack:
~1-2 cups plain yogurt - I should cut down on my dairy, but it's so hard.
~1/2 cup of eggbeaters microwaved with a little ff milk and seasonings
Lunch:
1 sirloin steak with ff sourcream sauce
