Day 81

Weigh-in: 150.0 - must keep going downzzz

Intake: PP day
1 Dannon greek yogurt with splenda and cinnamon

Lunch:
1 white fish thing with dijon mustard
sweet egg beaters
2tbs oatbran with little ff h&h and egg beaters

Dinner:
Grilled Steak, maybe 8oz?
1 carton Silken tofu

Dessert:
I've been making this thing that I keep wanting to eat, it's egg beaters with nonfat milk, splenda and vanilla extract and I added silken tofu tonight too. Then I microwave it. It tastes like a chinese style tofu, custard-like dessert. love it!

Exercise:
-1 hour Circuit Training - It's been a while since I've died from my workout. This instructor is soo intense, like def bootcamp style. I don't really love her style, but she really pushes you.
-1 hour Zumba - she taught zumba too, and even her warmup is like krumping.. so intense and like on speed.
