Day 72

Weigh-in: 151.2 - eek keep going up. However, I have been eating a lot more lately and I think I've been consuming more sodium as well. need to cut down. As expected, I started my period tonight and I've also been super sluggish and haven't been working out as hard I used to. Even with lots of coffee, I've been so tired, but then again last night I didn't get much sleep. I'm hoping this super desire to eat all the time with strong cravings is from my period.. I've been taking advantage of the fact that I can eat without restriction, so i've been eating even when I'm not hungry. Mustn't eat when I'm really not hungry.

Dukan diet day 16: Cruise phase day 11. PV Day
Intake:
Breakfast:
1 fage yogurt with 2 tbs oatbran
1 maybe 6oz? steak with FF sourcream
Tofu with balsamic vinegar

Snack:
1 fiber one nonfat blueberry yogurt

Lunch:
1 chicken breast with FF cream cheese and herbs, broccoli and cauliflower
1 carton tofu with mequite seasoning - omg this seasoning is so delicious! but it contains salt.. so I need to cut down, but it's sooo good on my meats and tofu

Snack: Light&Fit vanilla yogurt

Snack: ~1/2 carton tofu with mesquite seasoning after work before workout

after workout:
1 dannon plain nonfat greek yogurt with splenda

home:
lots of nonfat greek yogurt once again
and 1 carton tofu

I can't seem to get enough of my yogurt and tofu.... I love my tofu sweet and savory at diff times!

I've still drinking at least the required amount of fluids but this week I haven't been drinking as much as before, so I just work on that as well. I'm hoping my cravings will decrease as my period goes away.

Exercise:
I was so fatigued and tired today but managed ~2hours workout
1 hr hip hop cardio
~20 minutes on weight machines
~47 minute on treadmill, but only like 11 minutes of it was running and most was walking at varying inclines

Today's gonna be tiring.
7:30am-1-2ish work at SJHI with abba
Drop off loaner and pick up my car from Lexus service center
3-8pm work at COAV
8-whenever workout. Luckily, I work at a gym and a nice one too. Hopefully I won't be too tired..
