Lunch:
1 chicken breast with this thai curry sauce I made with thai green curry seasoning with ff sour cream. High on the sodium, but a little bit flavors a lot and sooo delicious
1 blueberry light activia yogurt
Snack: 2 cups plain yogurt with splenda and unsweetened cocoa powder
Dinner:
1 filet of steelhead trout with this amazing savory yogurt sauce i made!
1 dannon greek yogurt with splenda&cin
snack: 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt with splenda
Exercise:
45 minute step class - got there late but good workout
1 hour Body pump - strength training class using the bar
1 hour Zumba
