Day 69

Weigh-in: 152.6 -- oh my.. but food yesterday was quite salty and heavy as well

Intake:
Brunch @ Sweet Tomatoes for Cindy's bday
1 plate of salad with balsamic vinegar - and not mountainous or with the premade salads like I often like to get
2 bowls of chicken noodle soup -- i did this to get the really big chunks of chicken. I took out the noodles and had the soup too which is lower sodium.
It was soo hard watching everyone eat like the pasta and their especially yummy muffins. Blueberry AND they added strawberry buttermilk and there was strawberry butter as well. The frozen yogurt looked yummy too. I just watched everyone eat em and just sipped my water. I was quite full though.

Then to satisfy my dessert craving, I came home to eat my plain nonfat yogurt with splenda

Dinner:
Steak, like 1.5 carton of tofu, some tuna sashimi and greek yogurt.......
