Breakfast&Lunch (Spread through a few hours)
~3 shrimp
-Lots of the tri-tip steak.. with FF sour cream & herb sauce - not sure how much to guage the amount of steak I ate... I would just say lg plateful of the slices?
~2 Cups of Fage FF greek yogurt with splenda
-4 thin squares of oatbran brownies - all gone now. But i think it's dangerous having them around bc I keep wanting to eat em. I think it's better for me to have to make my oatbran stuff each time I eat it.
-Then maybe an 1/8 of a cup of FF milk with a little thai curry spices
This def kept me full for a long time..
I then met up with Samchon who came back from Afghanistan. I took him to go eat Pho and I just ordered an iced tea while he ate. Good to see him though. He seems to be doing fairly well.
Then when I got home, I ate
1 carton of silken tofu with splenda and vanilla extract
Exercise:
2.5 hours of judo practice - I started judo again! But not at State, so practices are a lottt less intense. But I certainly sweated a lot and got a workout, esp during the long warm-up. I hadn't done judo since February was a bit nervous, but first day back went well. I'm for sure rusty and my technique need a lot of improvement, but I was dying at practice so yay
