Weigh-in: 148.8 - yay damage was only 1lb!
Dukan Day 28. Cruise phase day 23. PP day (since I ate lotsa veggies yesterday, I'm gonna restart my rhythm It's really hard to do PP days on weekends.. so I'll just do PP tomorrow. I'm more lenient on eating veggies on the weekends..
Intake:
Breakfast:
1 Dannon plain greek yogurt
3 oat bran brownies
Snack: double iced espresso with nonfat milk
Lunch:
1 Dannon plain greek yogurt - brought it from home to eat at church, where I know there prob wouldn't be food for me. They ate jjajangmyun TT
Snack: double iced espresso with nonfat milk again - haha wouldn't have gotten it but loice was nice and had already order one for me
Dinner:
Had dinner @ LP with fam including keunkkokkos family
I got the sashimi platter with tuna, salmon, and this other white fish
However, I did drink my bowl of miso soup, which I think has sugar in it, but oh well..
And I ate the mu under the sashimi
Then afterward, everyone went to PB where they shared a giant fruit patbingsu and korean bbang. I just chewed gum...
Met up with friends afterward, but when I got home I was really hungry and kinda had a small feast...
-Ate a small tupperware's worth of the leftover chicken salad from Sat
-Few shrimp
-Plateful of the tri-tip steak slices
-Even like 1/2 cup of Fage FF greek yogurt
-3 oatbran brownies
