Day 66

Weigh-in: 148.4 -- hmm didn't move, but at least it's not a gain

Dukan day 10 - Cruise Phase day 5 - PV day

Intake:
Breakfast:
plain greek yogurt with s&c
2 tbs oatbran

1 cup nonfat latte

1 light&fit nonfat vanilla yogurt

late lunch?early dinner?
1 chicken breast
couple dallops of FF sour cream with herbs
small bowl of lettuce and balsamic vinegar
small bowl of microwaved egg beaters

After workout:
Dannon nonfat greek yogurt with splenda and cinnamon
3/4 carton silken tofu with balsamic vinegar
1/4 carton silken tofu with cocoa powder and splenda

Snack:
Plain yogurt with splenda and vanilla
Rooibos tea with 1 spoon ff half&half

Exercise:
1 hour 24 SET class - a weights and interval cardio class
1hr 15 min Zumba class - crowded but good instructor!

  2. Nope, someone named Shirin. Looking at the 24hr schedules, there are lots and lots of zumba classes
