Weigh-in: no time this morning
Intake: PP Day
Breakfast:
1 plain greek yogurt
Lunch:
1 plain greek yogurt with splenda and cocoa powder
1 chx breast with ff sour cream and dijon mustard
Egg beaters microwaved
1 lean turkey burger patty
Dinner:
2 lean turkey burger patties
With this tofu shirataki pasta dish umma made with curry and nonfat milk and herbs. Yumm!
2+? cups of chocolate milk using unsweetened cocoa powder, splenda and nonfat milk
And more but I can't quite remember
Exercise:
30 min wt machines
62 min treadmill. Intervals of 5 min walking at mostly 3.5 at incline 5-15.0 by the end and running at incline 2.0 and speed 5.0-6.0
Leg press one more time and chin lift 3x5 @ 80#, i think soon i may be able to lower to 70 :)
It's been a while since my last update. I've just been really tired and passing out early or just too lazy.
This passed weekend, Loice, Joy and I went to Socal for a mini trip. We went to Six Flags Magic Mountain and hung around Ktown.
I stuck to the Dukan diet pretty well and had to miss out on some good food, but I did it. I really really wanted to eat bbang from the Korean bakery where Joy and Loice bought a lot of bread to take home. However, on Friday and Saturday night we ate at all you can eat Korean BBQ. This is where I did cheat a little. I ate veggies on both days including kimchi, pickled and other banchan that prob had some sugar in it, I also and ate rib meat - 생갈비 and 양념갈비, along with 차돌배기 and some sirloin steak. But not too carby, so I think I was okay. It was soo good though. And at least we did a lot of walking at six flags!
